Snowed in
So, I have decided that Waters were never meant to live in the snow. I am getting cabin fever and there is little to do because there is snow EVERYWHERE. It was actually about 30 degrees today and I never thought that this temperature would actually make me happy, but it did. Some snow melted and the sun actually came out! It was a great day. To extend our tropical feeling, Jared and I went tanning. It was wonderful! We even wore flip flops to the salon. It's funny how the little things in life can make you so happy.
Thank you to everyone who came to our wedding and gave us such wonderful gifts. Our big day was made even more special by your words of love and wisdom. Thank yous are coming!
Here are some pictures from our wedding.

Life is Good
So, we have had our share of challenges in the three weeks we have been married. The biggest one is that I got laid off three days before Christmas and six days after we were married. One good thing about it is that we have had a blast hanging out and spending all of our time together. I told Jared that we are doing really well because we have been together the past three weeks, non-stop, and haven't gotten sick of each other! It's amazing! We have had so much fun, but it has been hard. Neither of us have worked in three weeks and we haven't had anything promising come up, but we know that the Lord is looking out for us and that we will be taken care of. Besides, who doesn't love eating Ramen all of the time? All that aside, we are doing great! We are more in love than ever, and he truly is my best friend. We haven't done anything too exciting and most of our free time is spent searching for and applying for jobs. The rest of the time, we play games and watch movies and make treats. I wish we could be stay-at-home spouses all of the time!

We have a blog!
Hooray! We finally have a blog. It has been snowing like crazy here, so there isn't much else to do. Desperate times call for desperate measures, I guess.
We have been married almost two weeks and it has been great! We celebrated our first Christmas together in Rexburg. We went to Jared's parent's house on Christmas Eve and stayed the night. We watched movies and woke up early to open presents. We also got stuck a couple of times trying to get out of the driveway! It was a great Christmas and we are looking forward to many more together!
